Privacy Shield is invalid, authorities announced that they will impose fines if you do not act immediately. Even if you do not have any international data transfer at all, you will need to act. And it does not only apply to data transfer to US, it applies to all data transfer to countries outside European Union world wide. Including those based on Standard Contractual Clauses and those on Binding Corporate Rules. See the training for guidance what to do.
